Had an amazing Christmas experience at this hotel! Loved the spacious room with a balcony and a huge bathroom, offering both a shower and a bathtub. the breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mixture of dishes, pastries, and eggs. the hotel's prime location allowed us to easily walk to nearby restaurants and shopping areas.
The insulation of the room could be better, as we could hear some noise from outside. some of the staff members struggled with English, but they were always willing to help and found someone who was fluent in English to assist us.

Wonderful stay this New Year! The room was very clean and spacious, with great facilities such as a smart TV that can be shifted to the bedroom and living room. The hotel's WIFI was available in the lobby and the room too. The breakfast was decent, with lots of choices. The best aspects of the hotel were the excellent location, close to good shopping areas and restaurants, and the friendly staff who provided quality service.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs, including a private non-shared Swimming pool area with lounge chairs for relaxation. the room advantages were also impressive with soft pillows and a high-quality mattress resulting in a restful sleep. the venue also had a Bar and Lounge area that serves delicious handcrafted cocktails.
The only minor issue I experienced was with the service provided by the hotel staff. They did not speak fluent English, which made communication a bit hard.
